What does comfort mean to you?
For some, it can be that cozy blanket that is draped in your favorite chair.
For others, it can be the smell of apple pie baking in the oven, using your mother’s favorite recipe.
For yet others, they haven’t found comfort yet in a home. So they are dreaming of what comfort can feel like in their very own home.
So what about your home brings you comfort? Getting to know about that helps me to understand who to sell your home to. When I was meeting with a client to list her MacEwan Adult Condo suite, the client told me she got the most comfort in her suite when it had just snowed. The snow would sparkle on the trees in the forest her suite over looked. It was like a ski chalet in the mountains, and that inspiration helped me to market her condo to ski groups, bird watching groups and inspired a ski chalet open house to stand out against 5 other open houses held in that condo complex one Saturday. Understanding what makes a home comfortable to you, helps me know who will love to buy your home.
Likewise, for those looking to buy – I love to know where you feel most comfortable at home. Is it in your living room, your office, your kitchen or your garage? Knowing where you feel most comfortable helps me to keep you focused on finding the right ‘feeling of home’ as we look at homes for your next move. It allows me to keep you focused as we look at many potential homes.
