I love Edmonton.
I love fun shoes, soy chai tea lattes, and getting nerdy over stats and paperwork. I might have a slight addiction to Hawkins Cheezies.
I dislike wearing socks (but never go barefoot on showings), doing cardio work (except for my zumba drums class) and wish I could spend every weekend in Jasper – but then I wouldn’t be here to help you!
I live in The Hamptons. I grew up on an acreage just west of Edmonton.
My clients appreciate that I guide them in every step of the process, have fabulous referrals for various service providers you may need – and many clients remain friends long after their home sale or purchase comes to an end.
I was previously as a nurse, Home Care case manager and worked extensively in seniors housing before moving into the real estate world. I focus on people first in all my dealings. The property details are the easiest to manage, but guiding my people through their real estate journey is my passion.
Together, I work around your schedule, and meet you where needed, as life doesn’t slow down to make time for your real estate transaction. You remain in charge of this transaction, but you gain a guide and, more importantly, a friend at your side through it all.

Aging in Place
I am a passionate advocate for aging in place and helping you plan your next home to allow for the maximum level of independence. Rightsizing to the right home can truly make a difference in your housing journey. I’m so passionate on aging well where you live, that I’ve developed a resource website for families and their aging loved ones at www.Edmonton55.com
A 55+ condo or bungalow does not mean that home is suitable for aging in place. Let’s work together to find the home that is truly set up to allow for your independence as long as possible.
Managing Difficult Life Transitions
With a background as a nurse, I’m well prepared to assist you with emotionally challenging moves and transitions. I call these the 5 D’s of real estate, as they are more complex situations to that require an agent to be skilled at managing. The 5 D’s of real estate include deals involving death, disease, divorce, dementia, and disability.
No matter what challenging situation you have, I’m here to guide you and your family through it all, one step at a time.
Let’s work together to get you moving!
