The Hamptons is bounded on the west by Winterburn Road, on the east by the Anthony Henday Drive and on the south by 45 Avenue. The north boundary is 62 Avenue.
But more importantly, this is the neighborhood Jolyn calls home. Here her three kids enjoy all this neighborhood has to offer. It is considered the suburbs, so this area is best for those mostly using a car to get around. Limited transit is available but can get most anywhere by transferring at the Lewis Farms or West Edmonton Mall transit centres.
The Hamptons has fabulous access to the Anthony Henday, Yellowhead Trail or Whitemud Freeway to easily get nearly anywhere in Edmonton. Much of this area began development in the 2000s. You are only a 13 minute drive away from West Edmonton Mall. There is an abundance of green space, with many trails around storm water ponds perfect for walking, biking or running. In the winter months there are temporary shinny ice rinks made in the Grange District Park.

Moving to The Hamptons
The Hampton’s is a charming West Edmonton community that is ideal for those who want to enjoy an active life with easy access to West, Northwest or Southwest Edmonton. Around the storm water ponds you can find many homes with a walk out basement. Nearly 2/3 of homes in this area are single family homes. Although you can find bungalows here, 2 storey homes are the common home in this community. About 1/3 of the properties are townhomes, low-rise apartments and condo buildings. Estate homes are most often found in Copperwood.
