I want to show you this fabulous tool, called Collaboration Centre that I use with my buyers. It is one of the services I provide to my buyers. It’s a great way to sort and organize all the potential home and condo options that fit in your search criteria.
When we initially meet, we’ll work together to create your ideal search criteria. We won’t just explore the basics such as type of home, number of bedrooms, and square footage. We’ll dig deeper into some of the features you are looking for, such as a walk out basement, adult living, certain exposure of the backyard and much more.
When we think we’ve created that ideal criteria and we’ve seen the options in my computer that populate that search. We’ll set up your collaboration centre. You’ll get an email invitation and you’ll be asked to create your private password.
The Fun & Magic of Collaboration Centre
Now this is where the fun starts! Every time there is an update to a property in your criteria - a new property gets listed, a price change happens, a property sells or an open house is booked - you’ll get notified. You and I work together to decide if you want an update notification just once a day or multiple times a day.
As you look through the properties, you have options to mark your favorites, possble and rejects. Favorites are ones that seem to click at least 80% of your wish list. Possibles may not hold all items on your wish list, but have some possibility to at least check out. Rejected ones are properties you know just won’t work for you.
The magic in the process is that I get to learn about your likes and dislikes. It helps me learn you and what is attracting your attention. Because I’m watching too - I’ll share with you if I think a possible should make it to your favorite list, or verify if you really want to reject a property that could meet your needs in ways you didn’t expect. Afterall, you and I work in partnership together.
This way, you know you immediately get to see ALL THE PROPERTIES that might fit in your criteria. This way you never have to worry that you’ve missed out on something great! It is also a great way to watch the neighborhood, see how quickly or slowly properties are selling, what is pricing like, what is inventory like.
Anytime, you can view your properties. So whether you like to take a look while at work or late at night, you can search and review properties anytime you want. And you can change your selections anytime you want. Afterall, you are able to change your mind anytime in the process about what features are important for you.
Even my buying clients that aren’t quite set to buy I set up on a Collaboration Centre - just so you can start watching. It makes you more educated and knowledgable about your wants and needs when you are indeed ready to get looking at homes.
