For Day 6 of Lucy Loves Local in support of local business – Kiss Ass Caramels is a great way to treat your sweet tooth. This treat is cooked up in Stony Plain, but you can find them at the Strathcona Market, Bountiful Market and St. Albert Farmers Market. Many local stores carry them as well. But I suggest you buy a couple extra packages…these seem to disappear. You turn your head and suddenly empty wrappers are all that is left.
I haven’t tried a flavor I haven’t liked yet – and they are always rotating and changing flavors. These Kick Ass Caramels just melt in your mouth and are the best texture I’ve ever had of home-made caramels.
